Amethyst Mala

Vibrant 8mm Grade AB amethyst beads (108 + 1) are beautifully strung on 100% silk cord with a purple silk tassel.  This mala is beautifully accented with 14K gold-filled spacer beads.  Amethyst is widely believed to be of benefit, particularly during meditation, to help ease a restless mind.  Amethyst is also the birthstone of our beloved Sadguru Kedarji, offering yogis and seekers another means of staying connected to the Guru while wearing or performing japa.

Gold-filled jewelry heat-bonds real gold around a base metal. Gold-filled jewelry is 50-100 times thicker in gold than gold plating, which tends to expose the base metal underneath very quickly, often turning the jewelry and your skin green. Gold-filled jewelry is much more durable, will not wear off like gold plating, and is a much more affordable option than solid gold jewelry.
