Lapis Mala

Deep blue 8mm Grade A lapis lazuli beads (108 + 1) are strung on 100% silk cord with a gold silk tassel.  This mala is beautifully accented with 14K gold-filled spacer beads.  Said to encourage peace, harmony, and compassion, the deep blue color of lapis is reminiscent of that Ocean of Peace and Bliss that lies within.

Gold-filled jewelry heat-bonds real gold around a base metal.  Gold-filled jewelry is 50-100 times thicker in gold than gold plating, which tends to expose the base metal underneath very quickly, often turning the jewelry and your skin green.  Gold-filled jewelry is much more durable, will not wear off like gold plating, and is a much more affordable option than solid gold jewelry.  We use high-quality 14 karat gold-filled components in our gold sacred jewelry.
